1. Digital Product Delivery

All products and services on our website are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Once delivery or access to a digital product is granted, the sale is considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges.

  • The product was not delivered as described.

  • Verified technical issues on our side preventing access to purchased services.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your order number and email.

  • Proof of payment.

  • Description of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds are provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to product delivery.

  • Partial use of the service.

4. Fraud & Abuse
